Beltana Villas Terms and Conditions

When making a reservation it is understood our guests have read and accept the following conditions.

  • All prices & transactions are processed in Australian dollars and include GST.
  • Full payment is due at time of booking.
  • Prices quoted are subject to change.
  • Public Holidays are charged at weekend rates.
  • Minimum Two Night stay. If you wish to stay for more than one week, please contact us for rates.
  • Visa, Mastercard or direct deposit are accepted.
  • Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out is 11am. Variations may be possible, please ask.
  • All accommodation is non-smoking inside. Smoking inside will attract a $150 cleaning & deodorizing fee.
  • As our villas are self-catering they are to be left in a clean & tidy condition, with all items put back as they were found. If additional cleaning is required, there will be a $50 charge. All damages must be paid for – your credit card will not be debited without prior notification.
  • We are not liable under any circumstance for loss, theft or damage to your property. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
  • If the number of persons occupying the villa exceeds the max. number allowed at the time of booking, then those extra persons will have to either immediately vacate the villa or pay for extra bedding (if available) at the standard rate- no discounts allowed.
  • To protect our native wildlife – no pets are allowed (only exception- guide dog)
  • Any pets brought onto property, immediately cancels your booking.
  • As this is a rural property all children under the age of 15 yrs, are to be in the care of an adult at all times.
  • Swimming in the dams is not permitted at any time.
  • Any excessive noise that affects the comfort of our guests or neighbours will not be tolerated. No loud noise is permitted after 11pm.
  • For groups of 10 people and over, a bond of $50 per person is to be paid one week prior to arrival as a credit card payment. This bond will be refunded in full when the villas and surrounds are left in a clean and tidy condition as stated in these terms and conditions. Before departure please ring 0448 867 114 for an inspection. If necessary, extra cleaning charges and/or cost of damages will be deducted from the bond.

Customer Service Policy

If at anytime we are unable to proceed with your booking, we will notify you within 4 business days.

Security Policy

All personal information details and online credit card transactions are performed under a 128 bit SSL certificate, which establishes a secure browser session.

Refund Policy

In the unfortunate event of a cancellation the following fees will apply to any refund due, with the time calculated from the date of arrival.

  • More than 28 days notice – full refund less AUD$50 administration fee.
  • Between 14 & 28 days notice – 10% of tariff plus AUD$50 administration fee.
  • Less than 14 days – no refund unless Villa is re-booked for the same rate. Then full refund applies, less AUD$50 administration fee.
  • If the cancellation occurs on the day of check-in or there is a no-show – no refund will apply.
